RESERVATIONS

Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred day & time.

Same-day bookings and walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability.

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during treatments.

ARRIVING AT THE SPA

To fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

This allows time to complete your consultation form so we can tailor your treatment to your need, sip our soothing herbal tea in our tranquil Waiting Area, select your preferred aroma oil from our exclusive collection to personalise your experience.

Arriving early ensures a seamless and unhurried transition into your treatment, allowing you to fully embrace the relaxation that awaits.

LATE ARRIVAL

To ensure the best experience for all guests, treatments must be completed within the scheduled time.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened while the full price remains applicable.

SPA FACILITIES

If you have session for soak & sauna, please bring swimwear. Towels and robes will be provided.

SPA ATTIRE

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Disposable underwear is available for body treatments.

VALUABLES & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

For your peace of mind, we recommend leaving valuables in your room or at home. Sa-Ni Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Our therapists will tailor your treatment accordingly to ensure your comfort and safety. All treatments are suitable for both men and women.

YOUR SPA COMFORT

Your privacy is always respected. Please let your therapist know if you require any adjustments for your comfort.

For a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to switch off mobile phones and speak softly.

We recommend to avoid any heavy meals or alcohol consumption before your treatment to avoid feeling uncomfortable.

RELAXATION LOUNGE

After your spa session we invite you to continue your journey of relaxation in our serene post treatment relaxation room. Designed to extend the benefits of your spa experience, this peaceful space allows you to rest, rehydrate and reflect in a tranquil atmosphere.

We encourage you to take your time, breathe deeply, and let your body absorb the full benefits of your spa ritual before returning to your day.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Sa-Ni Spa is the perfect destination for group bookings, celebrations, and spa parties. Personalized treatment packages are available upon request. For group bookings we require 48 hours upfront payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be provided with 24 hours’ notice prior to any treatment booked to avoid cancellation fees.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged if the treatment has not been cancelled at least 24 hours prior, within reason.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the total treatment cost will be charged if no cancellation notice has been provided or if a ‘no show’ occurs.

Amendments to treatments must be provided at least 48 hours prior to treatment for any changes to your treatment, a request of change of time and for change to guest numbers.

PARKING

Sa-Ni Spa does not provide onsite parking, however, guests can utilise the nearby public parking at AT carpark or Wilson carpark all within 200m from the Hotel. Please enquire for more information.
